  • Screening and verification: background screening status, MVR checks, identity verification results (where permitted).
  • Tax/payment administration (if applicable): W-9/1099 information, payment routing, and invoices.
  • Communications: emails, messages, support tickets, call logs.
  • Online activity: IP address, device/browser information, website/portal logs, cookie identifiers.
  • Mobile phone number and SMS communication data, including message interactions and opt-in/opt-out records.
  • To send SMS communications related to onboarding, assignments, compliance, and service updates.

  • To recruit, evaluate, and onboard drivers for Client programs.
  • To administer driver-management services (compliance tracking, renewals, communications).

3. How We Share Personal Information

  • With Clients for eligibility, onboarding, compliance administration, and assignment needs.

  • With authorities or others where required by law, to protect rights/safety, or to address fraud/security issues.
